Being a working mom does not lessen your qualification of being promoted or pursuing your dream career. If you feel that you are not where you want to be. Then its not late to make the move for a career change or a promotion. Firstly, you need to be sure of what you really want to do for the next 20 years of your working life? Thats where everything starts, from knowing what you want. TO be able to come with an honest answer, you need to look at your situation, what are those things in your life that truly matters to you? After thinking about it, you need to research the job that you have chosen and try to foresee that career in the long run, will it be something that you will be happy doing for the rest of your working life?

面接は就職活動で一番難しい部分です。相性の問題でもあります。多少の幸運も必要です。基本的には雇用主は完全な人を探しているわけではありません。会社が信頼できる正直でヤル気があり、訓練された人を探しています。時間通りに通勤するような責任感があり、一日の仕事をきちんと出来る人を探しています。

では面接をいかにこなせばよいでしょうか。

貴方の弱点を宣伝しないでください。 だれでも弱点はあります。否定しないでください。 弱点を認め、改善すると言ってください。
面接者は貴方が口を開く前に貴方について何かを知っています。 貴方の外見は貴方の内部を反映します。

• 貴方が応募している会社について調査してください。
• 適切な服装で面接に行ってください。
• 身体的にも感情的にも準備しておきましょう。
